I’m Erica Damler Sahm, a public health consultant in the Indianapolis, Indiana area. Having graduated with my Master’s of Public Health from George Washington University and completing my practicum in consulting and research, I knew I needed to pursue a business where I utilize my greatest assets.

My previous work includes, but is not limited to, project management, Medicaid business marketing consultation, Medicaid market entry consultation, RFP development, procurement writing and editing, and CMHC best practices literature review and research.

People often refer to me as a “professional researcher” because of my desire to dig for more information. I want to know everything about everything, especially focusing on optimizing solutions to complex problems. I believe the most important tool we can use is past experience; therefore, companies and healthcare organizations should always be looking in the past to make a plan for the future.

When you have me on your team, you know the work will be complete and thoroughly researched. The work will be autonomous when necessary, but will, without fail, involve the greater goals of the people I work with and for.
